Volunteers’ Social

25 October 2017

On Friday 20th October 2017 a number of Witney Talking News volunteers gathered at Witney Town Pavilion on the Leys for our Volunteers’ Social evening.

Volunteers and their partners were invited to come together to chat, socialise and be entertained for the evening. It was a good opportunity for people to meet – perhaps for the first time – and to get to know each other better and to have fun.

Two of our volunteers who are accomplished amateur actors performed one-person sketches and the entertainment continued with the Eynsham Ukulele Players who played and sang a variety of well known classics.
